We wanted to celebrate 160 years of St Mary's service, so we gathered together for a celebratory service followed by the planting of a commemorative tree - a crab-apple tree. We hope that this will add beauty to the Churchyard with its flowers in the spring and also give food for the birds and other small creatures there.
We then gathered for a magnificent lunch
