Children and Young People at St Mary's

Living with a young family is an exciting experience, one that absorbs a lot of energy and emotion. Many families in our congregation are well aware of the needs of young families. It is a joyful time, but also for some can be a vulnerable time. Many parents find it helpful to talk with other people in the same situation. Also finding space for spiritual renewal and personal recreation is not easy when facing the relentless demands of young children. Yet it is in the middle of stress that God sometimes meets most deeply with us.

At St. Mary's we take seriously the charge given by Jesus in Luke 9:48 to welcome children, and we aim, through our children's work, to accompany children on their journey with God. It's an exciting adventure and we would love you to join us. Have a look at the different activities we have on offer:

Sunday Clubs

Twinkles – birth to 4 years old
Currently St Mary's ministry to children and young people is under review so there are no Sunday Clubs meeting at the moment but we are planning for an alternative, starting in the New Year.

Messy Church

Once a month, on a Saturday afternoon, worship becomes enormous fun, with games, crafts, activities, a meal and something to think about. Click here for more information.

Youth Net

Bromley Youth Net is a monthly event for young people from year 6 and above at Bromley Churches and their friends.

Get involved - meet friends - come along. Contact Alan Keeler for information.
